Graduated from Italian High School in 2000 and Boğaziçi University Psychology Department in 2005.
In 2004, she worked as an intern at Şişli Etfal Hospital psychiatry clinic, and in 2005, she worked as an intern at Çapa Child Mental Health clinic.
Between 2005 and 2008, she completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. She wrote her thesis on "Expectations and Child Rearing Habits of Urban Middle-Class Turkish Mothers."
In 2006-2007, she worked as an intern at the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Service at Bilgi University, the Child Mental Health and Diseases Unit at Marmara University, and the PSİ Counseling Center.
In 2012-2013, she received training on 'Story Stem Assessment Profile-SSAP' and 'Parent Infant Relationship Assessment-PIRAT' at the Anna Freud Center in London and completed the validity/reliability testing processes.
From 2007 to 2016, she worked with children, adolescents, and adults on emotional and relational difficulties at a private center.
From 2011 to 2016, she provided supervision support as a part-time teaching assistant in the Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology Master's program at Bilgi University.
In 2017, she completed coaching training at New York University and continued working with adults in New York between 2017 and 2021.
In 2021, she founded Aria Positive Mind Center in Istanbul, bringing together different therapeutic approaches.
She provides supervision in the Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology Master's program at Bilgi University.
She continues to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
She is married and a mother of two children.
